but chair dips are an essential part of the Scientific Seven-Minute Workout, what should I do for those 20 seconds instead??????

(seriously I like chair dips because they are fun and I can do a bunch of them on the days when I’m not doing Seven-Minute Workout and just want to do calisthenics in front of Netflix, how terrible is this)
