I have used cloth napkins in the past. What ends up happening is I grab Kleenex to wipe up spills. Do I really want to be washing my clothes in the same load as napkins soiled with lumps of ketchup, etc.? (And yes, I could wash the napkins out and hang them to dry somewhere so they don’t get mildewy, or I could use recyclable napkins and call it a day.)
