So the plane has them on a server, but we’re all streaming them, right? I’m watching stuff on my laptop, so there has to be some kind of wireless connection somewhere. It does make sense that the stream would work better if the server were already on the plane, but that doesn’t account for the “and you can watch any Amazon videos” option on JetBlue, unless every Amazon video is stored on the plane’s server too.
