If you imagine that canhead’s higher body temp creates a small boundary layer of heated air around him you can also imagine that when you’re creating the seal and squeezing the air from between the surfaces there’s less air to begin with. Which in turn would make the air pressure in question super low. One would also imagine that the lower the ambient temperature, the better the seal created.
So this is just spit balling not a serious study of the situation.
